The Centre takes the responsibility of development of young minds to transform into a matured human beings with humane qualities.
We design and deliver need-based exclusive program on upgradation of knowledge and learning on conduct and communication linked with career development of young minds at a nascent stage. Based on our experience and keeping in view the needs and expectation of Industry from young prospective candidates, the entire programme is designed to make it impactful and it stands differentiated. The Centre believes that these qualities once acquired remain embedded in the personality of the student throughout the life. Eventually, the students will create the brand image of the Institutions.
2. PERSONALITY DEVELOPMENT AND CONFIDENCE -BUILDING
CONCORD offers its unique programme for personality development of young people, creating thereby good human beings with professional competencies and effectiveness. During the programme the person will emulate good human qualities, human values, knowledge, skills, capabilities, and the right attitude. Most importantly, the person will develop confidence in conducting oneself differently and taking up responsibilities in an organization with a competitive edge.
3. MENTORING & COACHING
CONCORD underlines the significance of a Mentor who is a neutral third person and acts as a guide to executives in organisations at all levels (junior executives, middle level and senior level managerial personnel). The Mentor plays a pivotal role in shaping the mindset and guiding towards the right path/ course of action. The Mentor facilities in effective inter-personal relationships at each level in the organisational hierarchy which is a sine qua non for each executive at any level. The benefits and the results from this intervention manifest in the form of creating an organisation’s ethos par excellence.
The process of coaching is designed for top level managerial personnel who are being identified in the leadership pipeline for taking up future responsibilities. CONCORD guides the executives to unleash their potentials, understanding their strengths and opportunities available and helps them in building up the level of confidence for taking leadership role. CONCORD understands that there is a greater challenge in guiding and inspiring the people at this level. However, the results in transformation of people at such a high level continues to be a matter of joy to be cherished by both CONCORD and the client organisation.
4. TALENT IDENTIFICATION, ATTRACTION, ASSESSMENT, ACQUISITIONS AND PLACEMENT FOR ORGANISATIONS
CONCORD Manpower Division signed an MoU with Apollo Group of Hospitals at Hyderabad as Talent Advisor for Apollo Pharmacies in Kolkatta, Hyderabad, Chennai, Vizag and Bangalore. Our role is unique because we associate ourself in the entire activities right from planning, identification, attraction strategy, assessment, grooming, placement and on-boarding. Accordingly, Industry- based campus selection drive is being facilitated at various campuses of the region.
5. POLICIES, STRATEGIES, SYSTEMS & PROCESSES
We review the existing policies and carry out HR audit, conduct employees’ engagement survey and recommend modification or incorporation of new policies and systems in the organisation. We understand the need for work-life-balance, the emerging trends and expectations of Gen ‘Y’ employees, who are the future of the organisations, and, design the policies and the processes accordingly.
